Terms of Booking
We require a £20 card pre-authorisation per guest. We will only charge this in the event you breach our booking terms, and it will be released automatically after you successfully complete your reservation with us.
Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us, stating the reservation date, time, and number of guests.
It is important you arrive on time to your reservation. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may have a negative impact on other guests, and we reserve the right to treat very late arrivals as we would a cancellation.
We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your booking. You must make these requests in writing to us. We treat notice is given at the time we receive it, not when it was sent. You will receive a further confirmation from us when your request has been processed.
We reserve the right to charge your card for changes or cancellations when the minimum notice has not been given. At our discretion, we may refund this if we are able to otherwise fill the spaces on your booking.
In rare circumstances when we need to cancel your booking, we will release the charge on your card, or offer alternative booking dates.
Gift vouchers
Vouchers can only be redeemed at The Plough towards the purchase of food and drinks exceeding the indicated face value.
They are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash nor be used in conjunction with any other offer or special events.
The Plough reserves the right to refuse to accept any voucher that it deems to be duplicated or otherwise tampered with.
The Plough will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
